All personal information is provided voluntarily by each recipient through our online opt-in form at mactabish.com/opt-in.html or in person. We do not collect information from third-party sources. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any automated data collection methods on our SMS-related pages.

How We Use Your Information

Your phone number is used solely to send you SMS text messages related to:

• Home automation alerts (e.g., door sensors, garage door status, water leak detection)
• Household reminders (e.g., trash pickup, general household notifications)
• Rental property management (e.g., monthly rent statements, property notices)

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. We will never send messages unrelated to the purposes listed above.
